Job Description

Lead the Traditional Trade business across India and deliver ambitious growth objectives.
Drive sales performance, distribution expansion, and market execution excellence.
Build and institutionalize robust sales systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
Lead, coach, and develop a large sales organization through a team of Regional Sales Managers.
Partner with leadership to drive sales transformation and capability-building initiatives.
Strengthen channel effectiveness and enhance productivity across regions.

The Successful Applicant

18-25 years of sales leadership experience within reputed FMCG or consumer-focused organizations.
Strong General Trade expertise with experience managing multiple geographies.
Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering consistent business growth.
Demonstrated ability to build scalable sales processes and drive execution excellence.
Exposure to sales transformation initiatives and personal care categories will be advantageous.
