🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end video production pipeline – from concept and ideation to final output.
• Design and animate engaging visual content across platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring fresh, trend-forward ideas to life.
• Support in editing, compositing, and enhancing video assets for brand and client projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and motion graphics innovations.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Basic understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Strong research skills with awareness of trending styles and techniques.
• Creative mindset with a portfolio that showcases a variety of styles and ideas.
• Ability to think conceptually and take creative direction.

💼 Training & Compensation

• 4-month training program with a paid stipend of ₹15,000/month.
• Post-training, performance will be evaluated for a promotion and salary hike based on merit.
