Modernization Architect

• Identify APIfication and modernization opportunities
• Prepare business case and discuss with JD Irving business for approvals
• Prepare the architecture and design. Get approval from JD Irving enterprise architects’ team
• Perform POCs and demonstrate outcomes for new ideas, innovations
• Contribute to developing new modern features as per approved design
• Prepare the effort estimates, identify skills needed to execute
• Leverage available Core team capacity to deliver approved modernizations
• Recommend engaging Birlasoft’ s flex team for additional skills and capacity on need basis Subject to approval of modernization business cases.
• Track modernization initiatives and provide quarterly reports.
• Design, Implement DevSecOps pipelines, instrument observability frameworks
• Own modern components
• Skills:
• Application assessment, Reverse engineering, Architecture & Design addressing performance, security, scalability, availability,
• .NET, Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MS SQL, Azure, Azure DevOps, Github Copilot, Docker, Microservice architecture, Unit Test automation
