Job Summary

The Membership Analyst will be responsible for the set up and processing of all new Direct/Indirect customers into the Vistex Revenue Management System.

The position holder will be responsible for ensuring appropriate customer and members are set up correctly and maintained in SAP. They will serve as liaison between Sun and Wholesaler. They will process new membership and handle complaints and request from current members/wholesalers. They will create and manage member list and report to Sun management monthly.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the processing of all new Direct and Indirect customer entries in Vistex.
• Ensure Classes of Trade are accurate for the customers the basis of contract master by approving or denying product access requests.
• Downloading the roasters from portal monthly and reviewing t he eligibility.
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure data management
• Interact with external stakeholders (eg: Wholesellers) to resolve membership queries via emails.
• Perform timely audit checks on roasters to ensure compliance with Class of Trade.
• Assist for system testing and implementing membership and contracting process improvement changes.
• Responsible for documenting and implementing internal system processes.
• Managing membership inbox and clearing queries timely.
  
  

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent work experience in a similar position

Experience

2-3 years previous work experience.

• Prior experience with an ERP System (SAP, NetSuite).
• Prior Pharmaceutical Experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (must be comfortable with v:Lookup and pivot table functions);
• Excellent analytical, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on time management and follow through.
