Your Role

  • Lead Medical Affairs activities in the assigned territory, ensuring scientific integrity, collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and alignment with both global and local medical and commercial strategies.
  • Consolidate and communicate trends, medical insights, and unmet needs identified in the field.
  • This is an individual contributor role.

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Background: MD in Pharmacology or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4-6 years in medical affairs, with experience in multiple therapeutic areas, preferably Oncology.

Maximum Requirements

  • Proactively drive deeper engagement on educational and scientific content with oncologists across various tumor types (e.g., Head and Neck Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Urothelial Carcinoma, Renal Cell Carcinoma, Lung Cancer) and be an expert in broader oncology disease management.
  • Develop Medical Key Thought Leader (KTL) development plans.
  • Ensure timely implementation of Medical Affairs Strategic Plans.
  • Respond to medical queries from healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Act as a resource, liaison, and facilitator for Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS) and investigators.
  • Provide training to HCPs (e.g., contracted speakers).
  • Experience in the digital transformation of medical communication.
