What would you do? We are looking for a seasoned Art Director with 11-14 years of hands-on experience to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a visually sophisticated designer who thrives within established brand systems while consistently finding ways to push the creative boundaries. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency, storytelling, and visual clarity. You will work closely with marketing, product, and editorial teams to ensure that all creative output not only meets the highest design standards but also drives engagement and delivers results. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Clear understanding of print and print processes is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience working with established brand guidelines and a track record of evolving brand expression within defined systems.
• Motion graphics or video editing experience.
• Experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Background in working with tech, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs that align with brand strategy and business goals.
• Design across a variety of mediums, including digital ads, social media graphics, web assets, presentations, print collateral, and branding materials.
• Work within stringent brand guidelines while bringing fresh, modern, and engaging visual treatments to every project.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Participate in and contribute to creative reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
