What would you do? The role of Creative Studio Graphic Designer is to work alongside and experience building team and client production team to create impactful and effective content-driven and design-woven illustration, user interface and its elements. Potential candidate for this role would be part of a Creative team who would work across functions and client accounts to execute / create impactful designs. Improve the look and feel of outdated designs and layouts with the help of UI & UX frameworks. Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers experience. Analyze feedback and website data to determine usability and accessibility feasibility. Develop visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, such as websites, presentations, and email campaigns Design the aesthetics to be implemented as per brand and client guidelines. Convey project plans to management. Contributing to operational task and communicating project timelines to the immediate supervisor. Designing & Assessing brand communication visuals and promotional products & materials. Collaborating with different stakeholders like developer, tester, project managers and UX designers to conclude project flows and designs. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Note: Full time Work from Office role based in Mumbai.

What are we looking for?

• Illustration Design Minimum Qualification of Graduate (12+3), preferably degree in Design / Communications / Visual Design (added advantage). 02 - 03 years’ experience in creating compelling and engaging infographics, illustration and UI elements Intermediate knowledge of Creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma is a must. FigJam, Miro (added advantage) Become a storyteller, and thrive using a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase services and capabilities, sell the brand, and promote the company as the company of choice Possess strong technical skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud) Excellent English verbal & written communication skills Self-motivation and the ability to work under aggressive timeline is must Ability to shift project priorities quickly & change in design direction Autonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected. Flexibility to work in work shifts or shifts as required Roles and Responsibilities:
