This group provides engineering services for facilities that include but not limited to data centers, manufacturing, commercial, food & consumer product, and aviation.

We are looking for Draftsman (Fresher / 1-2 Years experience) to join our growing Global Facilities team in the Mumbai office to support Mechanical design activities on projects mainly in the North America region.

Key Responsibilities

o2D drafting of general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD to produce deliverables in 2D format like –

• General Arrangement drawings of the Equipment room.
• Development of plans and section drawings
• As-built drawings
• 3D modeling of basic equipment shape
• Responsible for coordinating assigned scope of work with other disciplines to generate a clash-free design.
• Willing to advance in career by taking increased design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead designer/engineer.
• A committed team player able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI /NCTVT – Mechanical Draftsman from a reputed institute
• Having good knowledge of AutoCAD-2D
• Management and Organization of CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of basic piping technical theory and drafting knowledge.
• Knows how to apply engineering principles for basic design analyses within the discipline
• Knows input requirements to perform various discipline tasks.
• Has a good understanding of activities carried out by other disciplines and of inter-discipline coordination involved in a typical project.
