Engineer / Senior Engineer – Civil Execution

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech Civil) – Mandatory
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects
  
  

• Project Site (High-Rise Projects)
  
  

• Supervise and execute daily construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodology.
• Monitor progress of assigned work areas and report status to the Tower Incharge.
  
  

• Assist the Tower Incharge in planning daily and weekly work activities.
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment required for smooth execution.
• Track daily progress and productivity of site activities.
  
  

• Supervise work performed by subcontractors and labour teams.
• Ensure subcontractors follow construction drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor subcontractor productivity and report delays or issues.
  
  

• Ensure construction activities comply with project quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks during execution.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
  
  

• Ensure all workers follow site safety procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participate in safety inspections and toolbox talks.
  
  

• Maintain daily progress records and site reports.
• Assist in quantity verification and measurement for billing purposes.
• Maintain records related to drawings, work execution, and inspections.
  
  

• Coordinate with planning, billing, quality, and procurement teams for execution support.
• Communicate site issues and technical challenges to the Tower Incharge for timely resolution.
  
  

• Good knowledge of RCC works, structural execution, masonry, and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Understanding of construction sequencing in high-rise projects
• Knowledge of basic quantity estimation and measurement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
  
  

• Strong site supervision capabilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability in site conditions
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
