Position Overview

allnex invites you to join us as the APAC Marketing Manager for Automotive segment, you will be the driving force behind our regional growth strategy. You’ll dive deep into market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes, helping allnex stay ahead of the curve. Whether its developing long-term growth plans, leading sustainability-driven innovations, or building strong connections with key industry players, your expertise will directly impact how we position ourselves in the market.

You’ll work closely with global teams across sales, R&ampD, product management, and innovation, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and sustainability goals. Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute the Regional Strategic Growth Plan focusing on market segments and customer expansion.
• Define key marketing challenges and contribute to the technology and innovation roadmap.
• Support M&ampA pipeline development and market entry strategies.
  
  

Market Intelligence &amp Segmentation

• Analyze APAC market trends, growth rates, and key indicators to inform business decisions.
• Build a strong network with end-users through trade shows, conferences, and industry institutions.
• Provide in-depth market segment knowledge, sharing insights with Sales and Technical Service teams.
  
  

Innovation &amp New Product Development

• Evaluate innovation projects and develop business cases for APAC opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, innovation, and new business development teams.
• Drive sustainable product innovation, aligning with green technology trends.
  
  

Market Analysis &amp Competitive Intelligence

• Develop a comprehensive APAC market database covering market segments, technologies, and competitors.
• Identify growth potential, market share evolution, and strategic opportunities.
• Define allnex’s competitive positioning in the APAC region.
  
  

Marketing Communications &amp Branding

• Provide content for internal and external communications in collaboration with Marcom, Digital, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars to enhance allnex’s market presence.
• Strengthen the company’s reputation in sustainability and green technology.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 3 - 5 years in marketing, commercial, or business development roles.
• A background in the automotive or related industries is preferred, with experience in the coatings and/or specialty chemicals industry would be a plus.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Self-motivated, independent, and an entrepreneurial thinker.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen—able to translate technical benefits into business value.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration in a regional/global environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and business management tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• MBA highly desirable.
