The Role

As a LinkedIn Ads Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

  • Campaign strategy and execution
  • Plan, launch and optimize advanced LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Dynamic Ads, Text Ads, Conversation, Lead Gen, Retargeting), aligning with global brand and lead-gen strategy.
  • Build and refine ICP-based audience lists through research, segmentation, and keyword targeting for social search optimization.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, and targeting to maximise ROI.
  • Manage TOFU-to-BOFU campaigns, set up nurture cadences, and track from engagement to revenue.
  • Conduct keyword/audience research to build and refine ICP account lists for better performance.
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPV, CPL, CPA, ROI) using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
  • Report insights clearly and regularly and recommend data-driven optimisations.
  • Track audience engagement through to MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue attribution.
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Liaise with wider lead-gen teams to ensure lead hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to produce compelling ad materials.
  • Share learnings and best practices across global teams to improve overall performance.
  • Social media best practice
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and tools to keep Worley’s paid social strategy competitive.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate LinkedIn efforts with SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • 5+ years in B2B paid social, with proven success managing LinkedIn ads that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of campaign analytics.
  • Expert in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting and creative testing skills for professional services audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones with a global, culturally aware mindset.
  • Experience in the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors, or within a B2B marketing agency is preferred.
