Job Description
- Identify and review potential merger and acquisition opportunities.
- Build financial models to assess deal value and business impact.
- Prepare investment papers and clear reports for decision-makers.
- Review financial information during due diligence and highlight key findings.
- Work with internal finance teams to gather data for transaction reviews.
- Engage with external advisers, including consultants and legal teams, during deals.
- Track transaction progress and keep stakeholders updated on key actions.
- Support post-deal planning to help teams move forward with agreed priorities.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience handling merger and acquisition transactions.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Confidence reviewing financial statements and business data.
- Experience preparing investment notes and deal presentations.
- Ability to manage due diligence activities and deal timelines.
- Comfort working with internal teams and external advisers.
- Permanent employment.
