To own and scale stock broking products across Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and eKYC, we are seeking a hands-on Product Manager / Senior Product Manager with solid capital markets experience. In order to create scalable, compliant, and customer-focused investing platforms, the position requires close collaboration with leadership, end-to-end product ownership, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Describe the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product or feature.
• Oversee products from conception to implementation and GTM
• Own complete product delivery and lifecycle
• Convert strategy into user stories, workflows, PRDs, and prototypes.
• Work together with teams from engineering, UX/UI, compliance, operations, marketing, and growth.
• Promote opportunity identification, market research, and product innovation
• Share the products impact and vision with senior stakeholders.
• Work independently and resolve business and product issues
• A drive to develop new products or enhance existing ones in order to reach scale
• Create scalable, compliant, and customer-focused investing platforms,
• Close collaboration with leadership, end-to-end product ownership, and cross-functional team leadership.
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 5–6 years of Product Management experience
• 3+ Yrs of capital markets / stock broking experience
• Familiarity with OMS, RMS, exchange & depository integrations
• Hands-on experience Equity, Derivatives, MF, IPO, eKYC
• Proven end-to-end product ownership
• Experience managing a team
• Strong stakeholder management, influence, and negotiation skills
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
