About The Role

• Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including relevant Partners, Engagement Managers. Reaching out to relevant client connects to showcase the intelligence products and services of 1Lattice.
• Understand the client requirements, showcase the relevant offerings to the client SPOCs, and identify areas to increase the account revenue.
• Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients
• Plan approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the assigned line of business/region
• Maintain existing relationships and continuously focus on revenue generation from cross-sell opportunities
• Independently hold client meetings, understand the client needs through effective questioning and active listening, followed by suggesting the relevant solution/service aligned with the client requirements
  
  
  

• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of consulting/business intelligence industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively navigate client requirements independently
• Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment
