Job Description

About the Role

VidUnit is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development professional to acquire new brand partnerships for its influencer and content marketing services, and to secure brand sponsorships for the PunToon Kids YouTube channel network. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, influencer-driven campaign management, and strong industry relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new brands for VidUnit's influencer and content marketing services through lead generation, client meetings, and negotiations to achieve desired sales targets.
• Develop new and existing leads for influencer and creator-driven marketing campaigns.
• Secure brand sponsorships on the PunToon Kids YouTube channel network by pitching content, channels, and collaboration concepts to brands.
• Collaborate closely with clients, ad agencies, and creative agencies to deliver creator-driven marketing solutions, content strategy, and production services.
• Work with internal teams to prepare and deliver compelling client pitches.
• Track and report on quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with advertising and creative agencies.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• For Sr Manager: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Digital Media Sales, including at least 1 year in influencer domain/content marketing sales.
• For Assistant Manager: 2-3 years of experience in Digital Media Sales.
• Detailed understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.
• Strong working relationships with digital media agencies, brand managers, brand owners, and agencies.
• MBA degree required.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Nice To Have

• Prior experience working with YouTube channel networks or content creator ecosystems.
• Established network within advertising and creative agency circles.
• Strong presentation and pitch-building skills.
