Key Responsibilities

• Build and Manage detailed financial models covering capex, pre-operative expenses, ROI and cashflow projections
• Align financial plans with regulatory approval timelines and tech transfer milestones
• Oversee end to end budgeting and cost control of project spends- land, civil works, utilities, plant and machinery, regulatory expenses and other pre-operative expenses
• Track progress to budget and timelines.
• Support Negotiation with Vendor along with Procurement.
• Collaborate with Project team, Procurement and Engineering team to drive cost efficiency and avoid cost overruns.
• Ensure project accounts are properly maintained as per accounting standards and compliance to statutory reporting guidelines
• Support audit processes, subsidy documentation and internal controls.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors, Masters degree , CA -1st Attempt (preferred)

Experience

Tenure : 8 to 10 years of experience
