  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling packaging solutions including machinery.
    • Drive new business acquisition within the Dairy & Beverages vertical.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions.
    • Account Management
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the Dairy & Beverages sector.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational matters.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
    • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
    • Prepare account plans, forecasts, and sales reports.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
    • Market Intelligence
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide insights to management for product innovation and strategy
