Business Development

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling packaging solutions including machinery.
Drive new business acquisition within the Dairy & Beverages vertical.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions.
Account Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the Dairy & Beverages sector.
Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational matters.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
Prepare account plans, forecasts, and sales reports.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to management for product innovation and strategy
