Manager - Human Resources Total Rewards

Key Accountabilities:

Compensation & Rewards Execution

o

Support execution of the organization’s Total Rewards philosophy and compensation processes.

o

Participate in market benchmarking using survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, etc.

o

Analyse internal and external compensation data to support recommendations and decision-making.

o

Support annual compensation cycles including increments, bonuses, and promotions.

o

Assist in manpower planning and people cost budgeting in partnership with HR and Finance.

o

Support administration of recognition programs and incentive-related processes, including Sales Incentives and ESOPs (as applicable).

Systems & Data Management

o

Support the execution of compensation processes through HR systems, including annual compensation cycles, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.

o

Partner with the HRIS team to perform user acceptance testing (UAT), validate system enhancements, and support implementation of compensation-related changes.

o

Validate compensation data and reports to ensure accuracy during compensation cycles and other reward-related activities.

o

Support the maintenance and tracking of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) data and related compensation records within the system.

o

Evaluate and support the adoption of new tools and technologies that strengthen the execution and effectiveness of Total Rewards processes.

Governance & Stakeholder Support

o

Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and statutory guidelines related to compensation.

o

Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and external consultants to ensure seamless execution.

o

Respond to stakeholder queries and ensure timely resolution of compensation-related issues.
