Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMS Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, updating, and publishing website content, creating and maintaining web pages, and ensuring content is optimized for both user experience and search engine visibility.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of website structure, content publishing workflows, and document management processes. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, create, update, and publish website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Build and maintain website pages, landing pages, and digital content in alignment with brand and business guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of published content across websites.
• Upload, organize, and manage digital assets including documents, images, and multimedia files.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to implement website updates and campaign-related changes.
• Monitor website content and resolve formatting, layout, and publishing issues.
• Adhere to content governance and publishing workflows.
• Support website maintenance activities, including troubleshooting content-related issues.
• Ensure pages are optimized following basic SEO guidelines, including metadata, page titles, URL structures, image alt tags, and content hierarchy.
• Test and validate content across multiple browsers and devices before publishing.
• Maintain documentation of website updates, publishing activities, and content changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with CMS platforms, specifically WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong understanding of website content management and publishing processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining web pages, landing pages, and content components.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS fundamentals.
• Understanding of website structures, navigation, and user experience principles.
• Experience managing digital assets, documents, and media files within CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page optimization techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and content quality standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Exposure to Jira, Proofhub, or other project management tools.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and website releases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Media, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or Digital Content Management are a plus.
