• Track trends, benchmarks, and innovations in media & entertainment and other industries, and translate them into actionable ideas for growth.
• Build a broad, outside-in perspective that challenges status quo thinking within the business.
  
  

• Partner closely with leadership, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (finance, marketing, programming) to align on priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, driving consensus and follow-through.
• Own end-to-end delivery of key strategic projects, from ideation to implementation.
  
  

• Build compelling narratives that combine data and storytelling to influence leadership decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality executive presentations for leadership and business reviews.
• Communicate complex strategic ideas simply and persuasively across levels of the organization.
