• Experience leading end‑to‑end Coupa implementations including architecture, integrations, and data design.
• Strong background across P2P, S2P, Procurement COE models, and ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle).
• Expertise in REST APIs, middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic), and data migration governance.
• Experience leading technical design authority and ensuring alignment across workstreams.
• Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector (experience in the Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Health Industries, including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Industrial Products, Energy, Chemicals, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Consumer Markets, Technology & Telecom and Retail sectors would be an added bonus) in the following areas:
• Procurement Synergy Assessments, Source-to-Pay Assessment, Design & Implementation, Category
• management with knowledge of various Direct & Indirect Categories. Candidates with experience in setting up
• large scale procurement COE for clients would be plus.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba / Fieldglass, GEP, Celonis and/or
• Ivalua as an implementer and administrator; ERP knowledge – SAP / PeopleSoft / ORACLE or others is
• preferred.
• Preferable to have an active Coupa platform certification; Additional specialization certifications within Coupa would be a bonus.
• Understanding of fundamental principles of P2P including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO
• generation, receiving and invoice processing.
• Experience with AP automation including eInvoicing, scanning and workflow, online tracking, reporting
• capabilities, electronic invoice user interfaces, supplier networks.
• Ability to configure, develop, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and flat file-based integrations for all master and
• transactional data between Coupa and backend systems.
• Ability to develop solutions for clients using service-oriented architecture patterns to ensure master and
• transactional data are traveling successfully between systems.
• Ability to gather technical requirements and conduct sessions to design the integrations between Coupa and
• backend systems.
• Ability to take responsibility for all technical phases of an implementation project including architecture, design,
• development, test, customization, documentation and data migration solutions for business applications in the
• SaaS and other ERP systems.
• Ability to estimate the tasks and resources required to design, build, and test the integration design.
• Ability to design technical logic for solution development/enhancement.
• Ability to work with clients during the hypercare phase to resolve integration issues between Coupa and end systems.

• models, and Integration concepts as well as application of these technologies in the enterprise environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
