Role Summary:


The Manager – Leader Compensation MIS & Simulation is responsible for designing, managing, and analyzing compensation structures for Leaders. This role requires strong analytical and simulation skills to model various compensation scenarios, assess their impact, and support strategic decision-making through robust MIS reporting.

Compensation Design & Analysis





  • Develop and maintain compensation models for leaders

  • Conduct scenario-based simulations to evaluate the financial and behavioral impact of proposed compensation structures.

  • Benchmark compensation practices against industry standards and recommend enhancements.






MIS & Reporting





  • Design and publish dashboards and MIS reports that provide insights into compensation effectiveness, payout trends, and performance alignment.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting outputs.

  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to align reporting with organizational goals.

  •  






Simulation & Forecasting




·       Build simulation models to test various compensation strategies under different business scenarios.


·       Analyze historical data and forecast future trends to support incentive planning and budgeting.


·       Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear visualizations and business impact narratives.


 






Stakeholder Collaboration





  • Work closely with product, HR, finance, and distribution teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.

  • Support leadership reviews and planning exercises with data-driven insights and compensation analytics.

·       Preferably Life insurance domain or any Finance industry & experience in compensation analytics, MIS reporting, or financial modeling, preferably in insurance or financial services.
