Management Trainee Internship

About The Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and driven Management Trainee / Intern to support an upcoming business venture focused on building a strong network of trainers, dieticians, fitness coaches, and wellness experts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understanding market trends, building relationships, and driving partnerships from scratch. The individual will play a key role in researching the market, identifying relevant experts, pitching the business concept, and onboarding them onto the platform/business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research across the fitness, wellness, and nutrition ecosystem.
• Identify and scout trainers, dieticians, fitness coaches, wellness consultants, and industry experts.
• Build and maintain a strong lead database through online research, social media, communities, referrals, and networking.
• Reach out to potential experts via calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and in-person meetings where required.
• Pitch the business idea and explain the value proposition to prospective partners.
• Coordinate onboarding discussions and maintain follow-ups with leads.
• Gather market insights, competitor trends, pricing benchmarks, and consumer preferences.
• Assist in creating onboarding funnels, outreach scripts, and partnership strategies.
• Maintain trackers and reports for outreach, conversations, onboarding status, and conversions.
• Work closely with the founding/business team on growth initiatives and expansion plans.

• Someone confident in speaking to professionals and building relationships.
• Highly proactive, street-smart, and resourceful.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and networking.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, health, or creator ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
• Good understanding of social media and digital research tools.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentations is preferred.
