Fragrance Development Manager

Job Purpose

Maintaining the fragrance library.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain the fragrance library; both physical and intranet for CPL India.
• Ordering oils for CPL India.
• Read visit reports, new wins, new additions from different divisions and add the relevant ones to India library.
• Facilitate the library meetings and attend the project meeting
• Review the expired oils.
• Select fragrances for consumer product related India projects
• Select and maintain a library of fragrances for the House Acccounts
• Lead library related projects
• Work closely with evaluators and sales team members
• Update India library stock on ProductVision
• Any other duties as directed by the line manager.

• Excellent and confident communication skills – willing to liaise with colleagues and clients on a daily basis.
• Commercially focused
• Enthusiastic and a team player
• Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail, even when under pressure
• Good time management
• Good IT skills – Microsoft Office fluent
