Job Description

Assess and substantiate claims with a strong focus on intellectual property considerations.
Provide corporate advisory and general regulatory reasoning support.
Collaborate on regional and global projects to ensure legal compliance and alignment.
Support product launches by offering legal guidance and ensuring adherence to regulations.
Develop foundational legal frameworks to facilitate smooth operations within the Cosmetics/Toiletries sector.
Assist in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks within the FMCG industry.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide solutions for legal challenges.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Strong knowledge of claim substantiation and intellectual property principles.
Experience in corporate advisory and regulatory reasoning within the FMCG industry.
Proven ability to support product launches and manage legal compliance.
Capability to contribute to regional/global projects effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the legal domain.
Excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
Educational qualifications in law or a related field
