Job Description
- Manage AML/KYC compliance, including client onboarding, due diligence, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor contracts.
- Identify legal risks and support business stakeholders on governance and regulatory matters.
- Ensure strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- LLB/LLM qualified.
- Experience in AML/KYC Compliance, Legal & Regulatory functions.
- Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently or previously worked with a reputed AMC/BFSI organization.
