Legal And Accounts Real Estate

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong blend of legal and financial expertise to join our Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, legal documentation and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to work closely with management across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, taxation and financial compliance activities for real estate operations.
• Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance, including reconciliations and statutory filings.
• Draft, review and interpret legal documents, agreements and commercial contracts.
• Support legal and commercial negotiations and ensure contractual compliance.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis and management reports.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting, banking operations and financial documentation.
• Support cost control, financial discipline and corporate regulatory compliance.
  
  

• LLB along with CA Inter or CA qualification.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, legal documentation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry or a multi-entity business group will be an added advantage.
