Lead Specialist - Risk Consulting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Knowledge Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Peer Review risk consulting reports to identify the gaps and raise flags highlighting the impact
• Strong consulting skills to extract insights from data
• Validating the data on LE (Loss Estimates) Property Damage and Business Interruption calculations
• Creating Power Point presentations for stakeholders
• Providing finance support such as open project numbers, invoices, follow up on past due payments, enter opportunities in Marsh systems, etc.
  
  

What you need to have:

• 5 to 7 years of experience with Property Risk Consulting domain with Property Insurance domain background will be preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables
• Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Civil) or related fields
• Knowledge on basics of Insurance and the relevant policy terms
• Client and project delivery experience – demonstrated ability to present, communicate, and deliver technical content to internal stakeholders and external clients on complex subject matter
• Microsoft Excel – Having moderate to advance level of proficiency would be advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
  
  

What makes you stand out?

• Strong academic rigor with degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or related fields from reputed institutions.
• Strong knowledge of property risk engineering and any industrial background would be advantageous.
• Written and verbal communication skills in French would be an advantage
