Lead Software Engineer - NET Azure React And AI Native

We are searching for a Lead Software Engineer to lead architecture and delivery of full-stack applications using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS. Responsibilities

• Design scalable full-stack solutions with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS
• Lead delivery of user stories across estimation, implementation, and deployment activities
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Create technical documentation and artifacts that support solution design and ongoing development
• Mentor and guide engineers across the software development lifecycle to ensure quality delivery
• Apply AI-native practices within the software development lifecycle to improve outcomes
• Implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
• Develop and maintain backend systems, including SQL-based data solutions on Microsoft SQL Server
• Utilize Microsoft Azure Functions and Durable Functions to deliver cloud-based solutions
  
  

• Seasoned full-stack experience (9+ years) using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React
• Strong backend development foundation, including SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Demonstrated strength in solution architecture, system design, and planning
• Proven leadership experience with effective stakeholder communication during the development process
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions
• Knowledge of AI SDLC practices and how to apply them to delivery workflows
• Understanding of agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools
  
  

• Knowledge of the Insurance value chain from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
• Familiarity with specialty Excess products such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products, and Contractors
• Background in Actuarial reserving
