Lead Generation Internship In Mumbai

This internship is offered by ZootechX, the technology venture incubated by Reflex Realty. ZootechX is a fast-growing software development and AI solutions company based in Mumbai, helping startups, SMEs, and enterprises build digital products and technology solutions for clients across India and internationally.

We specialize in website development, e-commerce websites, custom software development, mobile applications, SaaS products, AI solutions, CRM & ERP systems, dashboards, and business automation solutions.

As a Sales Intern, your primary role will be to connect with potential customers through cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other online channels, introduce ZootechX's services, understand whether they have any website, software, app, AI, or automation requirements, and generate qualified business opportunities for the company.

Prior sales experience is not required. We will train you on what to say, how to approach clients, how to explain our services, and how to handle basic sales conversations.

We are mainly looking for someone who is confident speaking with people, communicates well, is comfortable making calls, and is willing to learn.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Make cold calls to businesses, founders, business owners, and potential clients to introduce ZootechX and our services.
• Speak with prospective customers to understand whether they require a new website, website revamp, custom software, mobile app, CRM/ERP system, AI solution, e-commerce platform, or business automation solution.
• Explain ZootechX's services in a simple and professional manner using the training and sales material provided by the company.
• Generate potential leads through Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, business directories, online platforms, and other digital channels.
• Reach out to prospective clients through WhatsApp, LinkedIn messages, emails, and social media.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication with them.
  
  

Schedule meetings and discovery calls with interested clients for the founders or technical team.

• Identify businesses with outdated websites, no websites, or potential technology requirements and approach them with relevant ZootechX services.
• Assist with basic online marketing and promotional activities to generate enquiries and reach potential customers.
• Research different industries and businesses that can be targeted for ZootechX's services.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, interested prospects, meetings, and conversions.
• Send company profiles, portfolios, proposals, and relevant information to prospective clients when required.
• Coordinate with the founders and technical team regarding potential client requirements.
• Follow up consistently with leads until they are interested, not interested, or ready for a meeting.
• Work towards generating qualified leads, client meetings, enquiries, and sales opportunities for ZootechX.
