Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendment, and renewal in line with business and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, procurement, operations, and senior leadership to capture business needs and risk perspectives in contract documents.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, guidelines, and best practices to standardize processes and promote efficiency.
• Conduct comparative analysis of proposals, quotations, and tenders to ensure selection of appropriate suppliers and service providers.
• Manage rate evaluation and market benchmarking activities for materials, services, and technologies pertinent to the retail domain.
• Negotiate contractual terms that offer business advantage while protecting company interests, ensuring favorable outcomes in all engagements.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, timely delivery, and resolution of disputes.
