Lead Analyst - OTM Techno-functional

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements in OTM 6.4.1 and OTM SaaS 25B environments.
• Provide hands-on support for production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in Development and maintenance of integrations between OTM and custom TMS systems using web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware tools.
• Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution and product updates.
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across OTM-related initiatives.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Excel

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including both on-prem and SaaS versions.
• Strong understanding of OTM architecture, data model, and configuration.
• Experience with OTM 6.4.1 and OTM SaaS 25B
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, XSLT, and OTM automation agents required. Familiarity with Java will be useful.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, BPEL, middleware platforms).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.
  
  

It’d Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience with custom TMS systems and logistics domain knowledge.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certification in Oracle OTM or related technologies.
• Experience in logistics and/or transportation management, business analysis and customer relations
