Junior Software Engineer - Client Success

LogiNext is looking for a technically savvy Junior Software Engineer - Client Success to be part of the engineering team. Client success engineering is an important part of the LogiNext experience. You will help in quickly resolving the technical issues across the entire SaaS product suite. You will be responsible for maintaining the SLAs as defined by the organization. You will be collaborating with the client’s operations team, engineering team members to resolve the issues and to ensure the best possible service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a practical approach to software and technology. eg: JAVA, Spring, RESTful web services, Mongo, RDBMS, AWS, Python etc
• Provide code level enhancements, production and technical support to LogiNext’s enterprise clients.
• Work on defined SLA’s to make sure that our client receives the best of the services.
• Troubleshoot application and software related issues and determining the root cause for the issues
• Work with the existing product development & DevOps engineering team to develop highly scalable products
• Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 0 to 1 year of development experience in scalable and distributed enterprise applications
• Experience in developing web applications using Java/J2EE, JPA, Spring framework and RESTful web services
• Excellent coding skills in Java
• Experience in MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience in front-end technologies HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AngularJS and D3.js is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
• Provide support on weekends on a rotational basis
