About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Content Team, who can translate ideas into compelling visual formats. This role involves working closely with writers, strategists, and marketing teams to create high-quality, information-led design assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging infographics, blog visuals, and informational design assets
• Develop presentations (PPTs) that effectively communicate strategic and business ideas
• Work with AI-first design workflows to enhance speed, efficiency, and scalability alongside design tools
• Ensure brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Collaborate with Business Managers, Writers, Strategists, and Marketing teams
• Iterate creatives based on performance data, feedback, and insights
• Manage and organize design assets, templates, and libraries efficiently
• Maintain high standards of layout, typography, and visual accuracy
  

• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in graphic/design roles (content-focused preferred)
• Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Figma / Canva
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy
• Exposure to presentation design (PPT/Google Slides)
• Basic understanding or interest in AI tools for design workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
