Description

• Performing Distribution line modelling, analysis and design, Structural analysis and design of line poles in O-Calc, Spida-Calc and other tools.
• Prepare drawings, designs, and reports to be carried out in accordance with relevant codes of practice, standards, regulatory authorities, and clients requirements. All under a suitable level of Supervision from a Senior Engineer.
• Analyzing drawings and make proposals.
• Recommending modifications.
• Carry out appropriate reviews of submissions and provide review reports.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients.
• Provide specialist knowledge input and keep up to date with the latest developments in particular fields.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed within the continental U.S. to support assignments on
• projects and overall office needs
• Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead engineer
• A committed team player able to work on own initiative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible
• Flexibility to work in different roles for different clients both locally and worldwide
• Ensure that all duties are carried out according to the companys Quality Systems.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical engineering.
• Candidates are required to have consistently secured a minimum of 60% marks in all examinations throughout their academic career or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination without an active backlog from a reputed university/institute in India
• Candidates should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only
• Proficient in the English language
• Prior internship at transmission/distribution is preferred
• Candidates who have completed CAD course will have an added advantage.
• Computer software knowledge in MS-office, Auto-Cad, MicroStation, Analysis software/ tools, Google Earth, Arc-GIS, Civil-3D
