Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to office staff and warehouse teams under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Assist with IT support services for office locations and warehouse operations, learning from experienced team members.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues (LAN and WAN) with supervision.
  • Assist with analyzing, testing, and documenting desktop and network infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
  • Support and maintain Windows operating systems on desktops and basic server environments.
  • Provide basic support for Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
  • Assist with network cabling tasks, including installation and maintaining patch panels with supervision.
  • Learn and assist with Windows Server and Active Directory management and support.
  • Assist with desktop imaging tasks using common tools and software.
  • Help configure and support IP phones and basic VoIP systems.
  • Provide basic support for audio-visual (AV) systems under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Assist with managed installation products and learn best practices for configuration.
  • Support basic warehouse IT infrastructure, including hardware and network-related issues.
  • Assist with desktop and laptop support, including parts replacement and basic troubleshooting.
  • Provide assistance with server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
  • Help troubleshoot and support local and network printer issues.
  • Assist with the configuration and support of wireless access points (APs) and wireless devices.
  • Learn and assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of network devices such as routers and switches.

Competencies And Skills

  • B.S. in Computer related field preferred but not required.
  • MCP, MCSE, A+, certifications a big plus.
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience supporting network and desktop systems.
