Jr Full Stack Developer

As we aim to regain market share and scale our capabilities in 2026, technology and talent will be at the core of everything we do.

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the organization. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain web applications that drive business outcomes. You will contribute across both frontend and backend development, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is in the initial phase of their career, curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to strengthen their full stack development skills while being part of a team that values accountability, innovation, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end features.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and create efficient internal APIs.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

What we're looking for



• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, or similar back-end technologies.
• Good knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to write clean, modular code and follow best practices.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
