Job Title: Technical writer

Work Timings: 2:00 - 11:00 pm IST, Offshore talent must have a half-day overlap with the CST time zone (either 8-12 CST or 12-5 CST).

BUSINESS NEED: To support strategic technology and engineering initiatives for a global organization. The role is needed to plan, create, edit, and manage technical documentation across complex software platforms, architecture, AI-enabled solutions, product capabilities, and engineering processes. It bridges the gap between technical experts (engineers, architects) and end-users, business stakeholders, legal, and brand teams within a project-based, milestone-driven delivery model.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of technical writing experience supporting complex software, cloud, enterprise technology, or developer platforms.

Strong editing and content creation capabilities for technical documents, architecture diagrams, style guides, and whitepapers/technical blogs.

Excellent stakeholder management skills working directly with engineers, architects, product managers, legal, and brand teams in milestone-driven environments.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Salesforce, cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise integrations, AI/ML solutions, or data platforms.

Experience with diagramming and content tools (Lucidchart, Google Workspace, Confluence, Markdown), documentation-as-code, structured content, automated publishing workflows, and familiarity with accessibility, localization, or legal/brand compliance.

Additional Notes: Candidate must be skilled in converting fragmented technical source material into clear, structured, and compliant documentation across technical, business, and non-technical audiences.
