Position: IT Support Executive

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and hands-on IT Support Executive to manage and resolve day-to-day technical issues across the office. This role involves first-line support for hardware and software problems, basic network troubleshooting, and ensuring all systems run smoothly for internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve system breakages, slowdowns, and common tech-related concerns
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office IT equipment
• Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations
• Support the IT team in maintaining inventory and asset tagging
• Ensure basic system hygiene, including antivirus checks and timely updates
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or escalated issues when required
• Document recurring issues and resolutions to aid in future troubleshooting
  
  

• 2 - 4 years of experience in an IT support or desktop support role
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Good understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and commonly used office software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide user-friendly solutions
