Job Description
- Maintaining & Installing antivirus server & client Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
- Collaborating with different team to provide to solve the end user query or technical issues.
- Providing Root cause analysis of IT incidents related Windows and applications
- Installation of different Operating Systems like Win-xp, Win-7,Win-10 & Troubleshooting.
- Track ticket progress and enter updates to have on going record of case activity till resolution is reached and ticket is closed.
- Creating Knowledge Base after resolving problems to reduce time frame for next time.
- Installation, Configuration Printer, Scanner etc. at Project sites.
- Assembling and Configuring and Troubleshooting of Computers and Laptops Hardware.
- Providing Resolution through MS Team, Team viewer.
- Work on Asset Inventory management
- Installation and configuration LAN/WAN Connectivity
