Our client is a newly set up domestic advisory platform focusing on technology, consumer, media, AI, manufacturing, sports and emerging industries.
Job Description
- Lead day-to-day execution of private capital raising mandates across growth equity, minority investments, strategic capital, pre-IPO capital, secondary liquidity and selected structured transactions.
- Develop investor positioning, equity story, use-of-proceeds narrative, valuation framework, capital structure considerations and process strategy.
- Manage investor outreach materials including teasers, investment memoranda, investor presentations, Q&A packs, diligence trackers and management meeting preparation.
- Coordinate investor diligence, data room workflows, follow-up requests, commercial diligence inputs and transaction process updates.
- Support term sheet evaluation, investor feedback synthesis, valuation discussions and negotiation preparation with senior bankers.
- 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private capital markets, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, placement advisory, corporate finance or transactions.
- Demonstrated experience on private fundraising mandates, minority / growth capital raises, sponsor-led transactions, secondary processes or structured equity solutions.
- Strong understanding of private capital markets including investor universe mapping, fund strategy, investment committee requirements, diligence expectations and deal process management.
- Work across high-growth sectors and marquee transaction situations where strategic advice, capital and execution quality matter.
- Help build a differentiated India-focused advisory franchise with global exposure and a high ownership culture.
