Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide expertise in clinical value selling of the bk Ultrasound solution for Neurosurgery, Urology, Hepato Biliary, Colorectal and Pelvic floor.
Develop in-depth knowledge of product line, sales territory, markets, and sales process. Use prior experience to execute the business strategy within the region / territory.
Work closely with Product manager and relevant parties in setting the clinical strategy to identify training needs in order to drive the right clinical activities in the region.
Provide after sales support i.e installation and clinical training, Including support of clinical professional in Clinical setup.
Support high level demonstrations and develop a good relationship with all parties involved in purchasing decisions.
Execute clinical training strategies for existing installations, organize periodical clinical trainings to the customer, OR staff and all stake holders. Monitor system usage and main the record.
Identify opportunities, initiative and drive educational activities like workshop, courses exhibitions and road show etc.
Identify and develop atleast one KOL for each relevant market in the region and organize educational activities.
Develop training materials in compliance with GE healthcare guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Education qualification of biomedical or bachelor of science
Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in ultrasound and/ or in the surgical care area.
Good understanding of the human anatomy and clinical use of medial imaging for diagnosis and treatment.
Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience; plus applicable certification if any.
Willingness to travel up to 60% both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
