Job Description

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our sales department by supporting sales initiatives and providing essential coordination both internally and with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by overseeing order processing, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting in sales activities. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, management, and other departments to optimize workflows and improve the overall sales process. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently to contribute to the company's revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and records within the sales database.
  • Liaise between the sales team and external customers to address inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation and generation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional offers and campaigns effectively.
  • Track and analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience and retention.
  • Organize sales meetings and coordinate travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Resolve any sales-related issues that arise internally or with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferrably in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales CRM systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing premier service.
