About The Role

As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work closely with the Founder's Office on high-impact projects across the business. This isn't a conventional internship where you'll be assigned repetitive tasks. You'll solve real business problems, work with multiple teams, and help drive initiatives that directly influence the company's growth.

One week you might be analyzing customer data, the next you could be improving warehouse operations, building an AI workflow, conducting market research, or helping launch a new internal initiative.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and taking ownership, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Work On

• Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research.
• Analyze business data and prepare actionable insights.
• Build presentations, reports, dashboards, and business documents.
• Coordinate with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product, HR, and Customer Experience.
• Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions.
• Create SOPs, process documentation, and project trackers.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• Support strategic initiatives undertaken by the Founder's Office.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
• Experience with research and data analysis.
