Intern- Formulator Color Science -Research And Innovation

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Formulation Scientist to join our Hair Color Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing formulation support for key hair color renovation projects, You will leverage your expertise in cosmetic science, particularly hair color, to develop stable, high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulation Development: Design, develop, and optimize new and existing hair color formulations, focusing on performance, aesthetics, and consumer experience.
• Stability Testing: Conduct comprehensive stability studies on formulations to ensure product integrity, efficacy, and shelf-life under various conditions.
• Quality Control Support: Collaborate closely with Quality Control teams to establish and maintain robust quality standards for raw materials and finished products.
• Project Management: Contribute to and manage specific aspects of renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses.
  
  

• Educational Background: A degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• Cosmetic Formulation Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical understanding of cosmetic formulation principles, with a specific focus on hair color science.
• Emulsion Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of emulsions, including their formation, characteristics, and stability mechanisms.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze formulation data, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Software Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, presentation, and data analysis.
