  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management regularly.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets regularly.
