Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Overview

This role owns end-to-end influencer operations across Earthful's three biggest content engines — influencer marketing, the nano-creator community, and brand campaigns. You're the single point of accountability for delivery: from sourcing and negotiation, through shoot coordination, to content going live on time. You'll work closely with the Creative Strategist, video editors, and external agencies.

What You'll Own

Project A: Influencer Marketing (15+ influencers/month)

• Source and reach out to influencers matching Earthful's target persona — women 40+ wellness, credibility-led creators, doctors/nutritionists
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines end to end
• Maintain the influencer database — rate cards, past performance, relationship notes
• Coordinate shoot logistics — scheduling, script/prop delivery, location booking
• Coordinate on-ground or remote to make sure script and visual direction are followed on shoot day
• Collect and organize raw footage for editing handoff
• Own delivery end to end — track every script from brief to shoot to edit to posting, and be the single point of accountability so nothing slips
• Ensure every influencer deliverable is met — posts, formats, usage terms, deadlines — as agreed in negotiation
• Chase posting dates, confirm links/screenshots, and flag delays before they become a problem

Project B: Digital Creator Community (4 competitions/month, 100+ nano creators)

• Onboard creators into the WhatsApp community via Instagram ads and direct DMs
• Manage the WhatsApp group — brief creators on the month's competitions/content asks, answer queries, keep engagement active
• Get content approvals for creator submissions meant to go live as ads
• Coordinate award decisions with the Creative Strategist
• Ensure smooth, on-time creator payments, working with an intern/executive on processing
• Track participation and submission compliance across the community

Project C: Brand Campaigns + PR Amplification (1 campaign / 2 months)

• Coordinate offline events — venue, vendor, logistics, on-ground execution
• Coordinate the 2–3 influencers and nano creators per campaign, via creator agencies — outreach, negotiation, briefing, shoot-day coordination
• Liaise with PR, event, and production agencies on timelines
• Support PR/media outreach logistics — assets, certification conversations with doctor associations

Recurring Across All 3 Projects

• Maintain a single coordination calendar so influencer shoots, competitions, and campaign events never clash
• Act as the operational bridge between the Creative Strategist (content/strategy) and external parties — influencers, agencies, creators

What We're Looking For

• Experience in influencer marketing operations — sourcing, negotiation, and campaign coordination
• Strong negotiation skills — comfortable discussing rates and usage rights directly with influencers or their managers
• Highly organized — able to track dozens of moving pieces (scripts, shoots, posting dates) without dropping any
• Comfortable managing a large creator community (100+) via WhatsApp
• Experience coordinating offline events or on-ground activations is a plus
• Clear, proactive communicator — flags risk before it becomes a problem, not after
• Based in or willing to work in-office in Mumbai
