Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for roles.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of recruitment experience

industry, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions. This role will be responsible for

managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent in the domain.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a hiring team, ensuring delivery on aggressive hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals,
  
  

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment .
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

• Preferred skill sets
• Experience in a corporate recruitment environment.
• Certification in HR or recruitment
• Year of experience required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for various roles.
• Educational Qualification
• Any graduate or PG in Hr
