Job Description & Summary:

About the Role We are seeking a Principal Technical Manager with deep, hands-on experience architecting and operating large-scale, distributed, cloud-native platforms on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The ideal should be an OCI certified AI professional with one or more of the following credentials

• OCI Enterprise AI Professional Certification
• Agentic AI for Oracle AI Database Professional Certification
• Agentic AI for Oracle Data Platform Professional Certification"
  
  

• Architect and operate large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure on OCI for enterprise, multi-tenant environments.
• Drive large-scale cloud migration programs (legacy-to-native platforms), optimizing for cost, uptime, and minimal disruption.
• Lead a team of technical experts on delivering Agentic AI applications using Oracle Database 26ai and Oracle Enterprise AI
• Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Ansible across control plane and data plane.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and lead on-call for high-severity incident resolution.
• Design and implement Cross-Region Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutions for production workloads.
  
  

• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) — provisioning, networking, DR/HA design, multi-tenant architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Working knowledge in Generative AI/ RAG using open-source frameworks like Langchain/Langraph.
• Experience with Oracle Database 26ai Vector database and agent development hands-on knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven operations tooling (LLMs, RAG, MCP, AI chatbots) for infrastructure automation.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and worked with multimodal applications
• Programming proficiency in JavaScript and Python and preferably UI development experience using React/Angular or equivalent

• Post Graduate Diploma in AI/ML
