Job Description & Summary An Article Trainee – Risk Consulting supports client engagements related to risk management, internal controls, governance, compliance, and business process improvement. The role provides handson exposure to consulting assignments across industries, working closely with engagement managers and client teams. 

*Responsibilities:

 

Assist in conducting risk assessments, concurrent audits, internal audits, and process reviews across various business functions 

 

• Support execution of internal control testing, including documentation, walkthroughs, and testing of controls 

 

• Help in identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities 

 

• Assist in preparing client deliverables, working papers, presentations, and reports 

 

• Support implementation and review of regulatory and compliance frameworks 

 

• Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and validations as part of audit and advisory engagements 

 

• Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather information and understand business processes 

 

• Adhere to firm methodologies, quality standards, timelines, and confidentiality requirements 

 

Skills & Competencies 

 

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, audit concepts, and risk frameworks 

 

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail 

 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

 

• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks 

 

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

 

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fastpaced consulting environment 

 

Eligibility / Qualification 

 

• CA IPCC (Both Group Cleared)
